Thank you.
P.S. it doesn't have to be pediatric.

She broke her arm in october and one of the bones is at 20% angle, so in specific positions her bones actually touch/overlap. This is causing some range of motion issues.
We don't have streight do or don't do surgery. So, I would like a second opinion.

How old is she? My son snapped both bones in his lower arm when he was 5 and when they healed they were very crooked. We asked about it and they said they don't worry about it on small kids because they are still growing. He's 13 now and his arm is straight as an arrow.

You can start w/your family Dr, I believe he/she will need to make the referral for you. I think you can even tell your Dr who you prefer to go to. . .
It all depends in your insurance. I was able to go to whoever I wanted in my network and didn't need any referral
