I left our sliding glass door open this afternoon and our dog managed to open the screen door and get out of our backyard (I still can't figure out where he got through). He's a 10 pound reddish-brown chihuahua mix. His name is Atcher and he's wearing a collar and a tag, but he's a bit skittish and might not come to you. He might come if you ask him if he wants a treat. If you see him anywhere, or have seen him, please call me on my cell at 925-354-0470. Thank you!

This afternoon our dog managed to open our screen door and get out of our backyard somehow. He's a 10 lb chihuahua mix, he looks like a little fox (I posted a pic in the pets and animals forum but apparently I can't post it here because I'm out of space). His name is Atcher, he's a bit skittish so he might not come close to you, but he might if you ask if he wants a treat. If you see him, or think you saw him at some point, please call my cell at 925-354-0470.
Thanks!

Have you called Cindy Walden with Folsom Animal Control? If not, call her asap; she monitors calls on the weekends and is great at putting owners/pets back together. She can be reached at (916) 439-2268.

You're welcome and good luck! I hope you find your pooch. It could be that someone found him and is waiting until a weekday to make calls.
