I love Palladio and hope it does eventually take off and this is good coverage. Well, mostly I like the movies and Chicago Fire. Right now there isn't much else except places to eat correct? I hope this article doesn't lead people here and then they say "where are all the shops?!?" Coming soon doesn't really help!

I saw something on the Channel 40 10 pm news last night about this. They must have issued a press release. I didn't think there were any retail stores (other than Whole Foods) open yet. The cinema and restaurants only, as far as I could tell when I went to Panera the other day. They have opened up many new streets though. Overall, it looks good and if it can bring in people the way Fountains done, we'll all benefit.

There will be quite a few retail stores in a few months. Things like Kirklands, cant think of some of the others...

I wandered through the place a few weeks back and was surprised at how much vacant space there is. The place certainly looks good, and they do a good job of hiding the empty storefronts. Hopefully they can attract the smaller merchants to fill things out.

The main clock tower building will have non-retail tenants moving in soon, too. By Summer, Palladio will be pretty active. There will be quite a few retail stores in a few months. Things like Kirklands, cant think of some of the others...
