Hi. I need a good dentist. My last experience was horrible!!! However, I need to go and need a new dentist...one that is good with people that have had rough experiences in the past. Any suggestions will be great!

If you're willing to drive to Sacramento I highly recommend Dr. Bianca Yee. She took over the practice from Dr. Beverly Kodama about a year ago. We'd seen Dr. Bev for 20 years and love her staff -- who stayed on with Dr. Bianca. Dr. Bianca is as great as Dr. Bev was. Dr. Bianca and her staff are gentle, competent, thorough, and friendly. They're great with kids and I like the way they take their time to answer all of our questions.

Dr. Moussavi (Summit Dental). In the old Ralph's shopping center - Blue Ravine and Natoma.
Great with people. Seems to really care about your well being. Works with you to make the most of your insurance.
My wife had an expensive dental issue. She helped her stage treatments (across multiple providers) to address the issue while avoiding a big financial hole.

We highly recommend Gloria Estipona DDS at Treelake Dental next to Folsom High School on Iron Point. Phone number is 916-355-0247.
She's so accommodating with schedules, and since I have extremely sensitive teeth, she is so good at making sure I'm comfortable. I've had crown work, fillings, and regular cleanings. Spouse has had root planing and periodic deep cleaning. Can't say enough good things about her office, staff, and her work.

When I first moved to Sacramento, I was given a referral by my old dentist to Dr Brent Peterson, but instead I tried about 5 different dentists in the area & beyond. After lots of disappointments & wasted $$$, I came back to Dr Peterson in Carmichael. He is awesome!!!
He's very gentle, reasonable in his treatment plan and a perfectionist. If needed, he is willing to work out payment options. He gives you all the options and let you choose what you want to do & when. He's even available after hours, including Sundays.
BTW, he took care of an implant & related crown issues from another dentist, and helped me get reimbursed for another's error. Bottom line, he's great!
