Can anyone recommend someone to come and take away garbage like 1-800-Junk that isn't as expensive as 1800 Junk?

Are you still in Folsom? You can call the citys Waste Division to arrange a "bulky" item pickup, its free or you can rent a dumpster for 1 week, they will drop off and pickup. The prices are online and have a range of size dumpsters.
