Hi All
I changed job recently and now I am out of Kaiser (enrolled in a PPO plan). Looking for new medical and dental providers. Any recommendations for a good:
1. General Practitioner
2. Pediatrician
3. Obgyn
4. General Dentist

For pediatric dentist, we go to Kids Care Dental and are very happy with them. I am struggling particularly to find a good general dentist in folsom. They all seem to be oriented towards making money and finding issues unnecessarily. If you know an old fashioned dentist with no bells and whistles in their office, I would love to try.

Thanks everyone!

1. General Practitioner: Dr. Cheryl Matossian -- El Dorado Hills. She and her staff are fantastic.

2. Pediatrician: Dr. Kevin Grant -- Folsom. Our children are grown now, but we had very good experience with Dr. Grant.

3. Obgyn: Dr. Rita Biesen-Bradley -- Roseville. She and her staff are excellent.

4. General Dentist: Dr. Bianca Yee -- Sacramento. Again, fabulous staff.

I'm pretty picky about medical care and highly recommend all of the above.

Here are my recommendations, all in Folsom:

GP: Dr. Parween Moness
Ped: I second Dr. Grant, we have a four month old and we really like him and his nurse, Lynn.
OB: Folsom OB/GYN (Dr. Cragun and Dr. Gordon)
Dentist: Dr. Croft -- I've also had bad experiences with dentists trying to talk me into unnecessary procedures, but Dr. Croft has never suggested anything extra for me. I really like him and his staff.

Dr. Grant for pediatrics is great. He'll even do house calls! My kids LOVE going to the doctor there too!

We've just started seeing Dr. Jamie Prado at Dr. Weideman Pediatric Dentistry, and have been so very pleased. My girls have both had to have procedures this week and both have come away saying how much they like Dr. Jamie and her dental assistants. The office staff has been great, too. I just get a good vibe from the place.
