I was looking at the list of new businesses opening in Folsom and I saw the Willow Cafe & Sweetery located at 13405 Folsom Boulevard -- same shopping center as AquaRx Spa.
The Folsom new business list says winter 2012, but their website & facebook page, say they ARE open...looks like since at least Jan 2012, and the pictures of the food look delicious!!!
The menus are on their home page. The food is "healthy" - grass fed beef/chicken, vegan & gluten free.

It's the center right next door. There's an Allstate Insurance in there and the Aqua salon as caligirlz mentioned.
Seems like a tough location to make a go of it, but I wish them the best.

Looks like Liberty Tattoo is moving over there from Sutter Street too. And Sprouts Grocery is going to take over part of the old Mervyns.

Menu looks good. Very similar to Acorn Cafe which was very good and sadly missed.
