I just had a garage door opener installed by a great company. Tim came out and looked at my old opener to try
to fix it. I determined that by the time I replaced all the stuff that was wrong I might as well get a new opener.
Tim never pressed me one way or the other. He had the new one up and going and took away my old one. (nice touch)

Another recommendation for Patterson Door Service!
My spring snapped yesterday (Sunday). I called last night and left a message that it was not an emergency and could wait until Monday. They called at 8:00 this morning. Arrived at 8:30. Were done by 9:00 am, including replacement brackets where the cables connect (one of them snapped when the spring broke). The price was very reasonable and was about 25-50% less (including coupon) than the prices quoted from the places I had coupon mailers for.
They are also a local Folsom business, which is another plus.

MyFolsom comes to the rescue again!
Spent a few days Googling for a replacement 16' Strut and, upon searching our forums, Patterson came in with the lowest price and with the most friendliest service... $36 with next-day delivery!

Thank you so much for this recommendation. We used Patterson Door today and I can't say enough great things about it.
I just called yesterday and Tim showed up today slightly earlier than he said which was perfect. He was in and out of here in 20 minutes and the garage door was completely fixed. We thought we might need a whole new door, but he just fixed it up and was out of here for less than $70.00. What a relief and what a nice guy Tim turned out to be. I'll be more than happy to recommend him to anyone that needs help with their garage door.
