The police are searching for a white male riding a Mtn Bike with 2 flat tires.

My neighbor told me they had the police dogs running his property looking for the guy, then I stopped next to an officer and asked if they were looking for someone. This was the description the officer gave me and he didn't volunteer anything else so I didn't ask.
They were quite a few patrol cars cruising around Willowcreek, Randal area ( the perimenter of the bike path) about 30 minutes ago so I'm assuming as of then they hadn't caught him, yet.
My neighbor said the guy might have on a blue shirt and/or may have taken it off. My Neighbor said the LEO didn't share any information about what the suspect is being wanted for.

Hmmmm.... yeah, I was walking with my boys this morning when I heard them on the loud speaker. so we turned around and went back home. we live on Randall.

They were looking for him because it's not legal to ride Folsom's bike trails with flat tires.
