I am trying to help some good friends in their 50s going through a short sale and trying to find a place to live. He is a tremendous licensed contractor and has lots of tools, etc. They are trying to find a small home maybe on a little bit of land and a barn or workshop he can use to work out of and store his tools, etc. They also have two small trailed boats and two cars, so they need more than a regular garage. He is a tremendous carpenter and all around general contractor, so he doesn't care if its in good shape or not, although they want a safe neighborhood. If you know of anything, they would be great tenants and are both hard working and honest people. He is working, in fact, he's busy with lots of commercial work in the Sacramento region, so they are reliable to pay their rent.
