I noticed that Old Europe Closed and heard that Thomas moved back to Prague. Does anyone know who owns the building? I have an established popular restaurant [client] that would love to move into that space. I have not heard if someone is taking it over--but the signs posted state that they are "out of business".

Chef Thomas was involved in an automobile accident last month, has sold Old Europe space and the new owners plan to open their new business in the near future.

Best Wishes to Chef Thomas!

Are you sure? Isn't Sam Horne's part of the Bonn Lair family?

That was my first thought.

I hope someone can make a successful go at that location. It's a cool space, but there aren't many places open late at that end of the street, and it seems that in the evenings not many people go past Wool St.

Maybe something well-known might draw people down there.

That is a very nice large location, it would be great to have a late night place there at that end of the street.
