Right!
I've seen several stories recently on this subject.
Palladio Mall too is doing great economically with new tenants and
more traffic.
If nothing else, check out the cookie counter at Whole Foods.
They have fruit-filled pastries to die for.
Not to mention the excellent art works in the area.
