Two Home Burglaries In Folsom
#1
Posted 10 September 2012 - 11:09 PM
Today the Folsom Police investigated two home burglaries, one in Lexington Hills and one in The Enclave. In both investigations it was discovered the residents did not lock their doors and/or windows.
Folsom is a lovely, safe community, but NO community is safe enough to guarantee opportunistic burglars won't enter your unlocked home and steal your valuables! PLEASE lock your doors and windows whenever possible. That goes for your homes as well as your cars. The best defense against being a victim is preventive measure, so harden your target!

Nixle only sends out info when something significant happens. If you want daily reports, look at the posted police logs.Where did you get this info? I would like to see the crime info daily.

That's good to give daily activity, but it's always a few days behind.

The Folsom Police Department actually offers several formats for residents and interested parties to receive breaking news and information directly from the Police. www.Nixle.com is generally used for media releases and urgent messages. Facebook and Twitter are tools that the department uses in addition to Nixle to convey different messages that we believe are beneficial, but not urgent. I would recommend Nixle and Facebook or Twitter..
