There are three kinds of men: The ones who learn by reading and the few who learn by observation. The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.

I wondered why the the Banks were letting their private security officers off work early yesterday afternoon.

Good One !
I am guessing the rail line is still down- saw a train stopped with its power arms down under Hwy 50 at Folsom Blvd and Light rail employees walking the tracks. Twenty or so passengers were standing on the side of the road about 100 yards up at 10 am and have not seen any trains since then.

Seriously, it would be interesting to see if crime goes down when the Light Rail is not running here.

I drove by about an hour ago and Regional Transit was still working on the lines.
