Just got this message from the merchants association with a great artist's rendering of the rink circling the historic railroad turntable!:

If you build it, they will come... Welcome back Folsom Historic District Ice Rink... bigger and better than ever! Opening date is November 5th and Grand Opening date is November 10. The rink will be open 7 days a week 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
