There's no on-site repair available.
I call it an insert - this just means the real frame and track part of the window is not replaced.
Unfortunately, it is more expensive than you would imagine initially.

I have about 6 to 8 windows that have moisture between the panes. The house is 15 years old. Am I risking moisture entering into the building structure? Are there any companies out there that replace just the glass and not the entire window as that is a much cheaper option? Has anyone done this?
Do you have Milgard Windows? If so, they should have a lifetime warranty. Our home is 11 years old, and they have replaced a window that had moisture, plus put new rollers on our back slider, just in the past year.

Lifetime for the original owner.
(that is the killer for us.)

Doesn't seem quite fair. Though I feel your pain. My son hit two of our windows while playing baseball in the backyard, and the replacement window prices were very expensive, and of course not covered under warranty.

It should be noted that my window is not "Low E" rated, so there is no argon gas between the panes.

I don't think there has been a huge impact my energy costs even while running the a/c all summer long. Energy costs are cheap. I'm going into my 2nd winter, and I haven't had a problem with additional moisture coming into my house.
