Please don't waste your time with Comfort Shoes. I gave them a chance because of a coupon I found online but it was definitely not worth it. I brought two pairs of heels in to get fixed and was supposed to pick them up this morning (six days later) but they were not ready when I arrived. Took my shoes, got a refund and am now off to Cobblers for better service.

Sorry you had a bad experience.
I didn't realize there was another shoe repair in Folsom.
I've gone to Cobblers in the Raley's center and been very happy with the service and prices.

I knew the store was there, but didn't know they offer shoe repair. I stopped in once, had horrible customer service, and never went back.

I've brought shoes for repair to the Cobbler, too, and have always been happy with the work.

Strange. I've bought shoes and had repair work done at Comfort Shoes and have been very happy with their products, and their service. I love that place.

Went to the Cobblers once, and it was fine, but I got a really creepy vibe from that place.
