Do any of you know what's going on at this site? There looks to be several tanks and a generator. They've been there most of the week and had a crew working there earlier tonight. My husband guesses that they're filtering water. This is across Harrington from Burger Rehabilitation on E. Bidwell St.

Are you talking about underneath the pedestrian crossing along the creek? I have been wondering the same thing. Lots of heavy equipment in there for the past couple of weeks.

Yes, that's the spot. I called the city today and was told this is a PG&E project to do conduit and line repair and that they need to pump water out of the ground in order to do it.

Thanks, I was wondering about that as well.
