Our water heater may be dying... It is still working now but seems to be taking longer and longer to heat up, etc. It is 10.5 years old so I'm not surprised. In any case, we are thinking of replacing it before it leaks and causes a major mess. Does anyone have any recommendations of who to call for the replacement? Thanks in advance for any advice!
that's a job for a handyman... give John Besson a call at 916-607-5190... he's also good at HVAC... electrical
We use him a lot in our property management business...
by the way... you can "text him" and you might get a faster response...

My recommendation would be for Firehouse Plumbing, Heating & Air. Kurt is the owner and he does a really good job at very reasonable prices. His business is based in Folsom which is an added bonus. His number is (916) 983-4105.
