My parents have purchased a 3BR 2 BA house in Brentwood C. 1997 and I am in process of helping them get moved in (from out of state) and settled.

Of sourse, not everything in the house is original construction, but it would be good to have some info about the original materials, devices, and systems Elliot put into these houses. Does anyone have a list of subs that Elliot used in construction?

More specifically, this house has what appear to be the original, non-descript, aluminum framed dual pane windows. Latches are marked "Pacific Industries" and "Lock" but I haven't found other manuf. info or markings. The single hung windows have tilt-out (tilt-in actually) latches of plastic in the upper corners of the movable sash and all of these are broken. Anyone have manuf/model info and/or a source?

Pacific Industries is the manufacturer and they are out of business. We also have a 1997 Brentwood home. We had issues with the windows and were looking to replace them if they were still under warranty -- but no luck -- out of business. The newer models have Milgard windows.
