Why do we have borders? Immigration control? Immigration processes? Passports?
Just get rid of it all. None of it is enforced anyway. The borders are a like a sieve and illegal residents are in some cases treated better than citizens or permanent residents. There is absolutely no incentive to follow the process.
The US is going to be one screwed up place to live in about 25 years. It will be the Harlem/Watts of the global society. I'm willing to bet it'll be better to live in a rural third world country than the US in 25 years.
