There is a house that fits that criteria (not sure about the dog part) on my street. The address is either 2253 Gallup Drive or 2257 Gallup Drive. There is a sign up that says it is for rent.

I saw your post regarding a rental... you had a "minimum" of $1600... did you mean "max" or...?
do you have to have a place in Folsom...? we have rentals in other areas as well... got a place coming up in El Dorado Hills that might work for you...
Rents are going up big time in Folsom...
