This will be a massive agarage sale out of a wearhouse in the buisness park off of Blue Ravine road.  There will be new tenants in the building and everything must go.  There will be items for the home including decor and furniture both modern and vintage, clothing items, electronics, books, refridgerator, children's toys and games, dishes and kitchen wears and much more.  A garage saler's dream come true.  The sale will be held Friday 3/28 and Saturday 3/29 from 8 am to 2 pm at 120 Blue Ravine Road behind the building in the wearhouses (there will be signs pointing the way).

This is partly a personal household emptying out storage that has been kept here and partly supplies from a local in.  There will be another sale in the same location later in April with more things from the same warehouse collection that will likely include more furniture, retail displays, and things like that.

Update on times and inventory.  The sale will be held Friday from 9am to 2 pm and Saturday from 7am to about 2 pm or when everything is gone.  Over the past couple days numerous electronics such as TVs and cordless phones have been added.  There is a MASSIVE box of vintage linens and an almost as massive box of vintage glass and ceramic items.  The kid's department has grown considerably as well.  This sale is not to be missed!!!!

Alrighty everyone,  the second half of the sale is upon us.  We will be doing another huge garage/warehouse sale Friday may 2ndand Saturday May 3rd from 8am to about 1.  There will be some similar items as the last sale but there will be many new items.  There is a bunch of furniture including desks and book cases and a few retail fixtures that will be available.  Let me know if you are looking for anything specific and I will find out if we will have it!

Can you let me know about the bookcases?  How many do you have, what sizes, and what finish/color are they?  Thanks!

Hi SunnyCA! There is a kid's bookcase that is white with 2 doors at the bottom, needs replacement shelves.  Also there is a large set of 3 (I think they are oak but not positive)  that are more like a library or office type of thing.  I have an image of that set but it won't let me post it here.  There may be another that I don't know of yet.  Still waiting to hear from some folks (this is a group effort).  Owner is unsure of price at the moment, but if you are interested I will get that info for you.
