Hey ya'll....anyone got the scoop on the who, what, when, where that is causing this smokey air? I want to go outside and play and it is totally messing with my day...not to mention my lungs. I can't find anything on the internet....help please if you know...and I know ya'll do.

I looked on kcra.com and I don't see any local wildfires that would be causing it.

There's a fire in Yolo County; not sure which way the wind is blowing. Hope these fires can all be contained in short order.

Yes, it is the Lake Berryessa aka Monticello fire, which is now burning over 1500 acres. I am grateful that I have a home to stay inside; those near the fire are being evacuated. Sad.

Folsom FD has 4 guys in Monticello. Sounds like they're working a decent bit.
