The Folsom Telegraph had an article that a new vegetarian restaurant will be going in the space that was occupied by Black Rooster - wasn't aware they had closed in November .

It will be called Peaches.  Wishing them the best.  I and family members who are vegetarian will be excited to try it and wish them the best

 

Off topic:  Just noticed that Hacienda has edited their sign to say, "Opening Soon" instead of "Opening this Summer."

Why remove it just because it is "old news" elsewhere? It is "new news" here at myfolsom.com; or, at the very least, it is new news to me, and it's all about me, right? Hah hah.

Not so hah hah is that we have a gift card for Black Rooster. Sigh . . .

I hope they do well. I eat vegetarian probably 80% of the time, so I look forward to having that option.
