Heard that Costa Vida (sp?) is opening in that center where Peet's Coffee and the Pizza Hut are? Around the end of the month supposedly.

There is a Costa Vida in Rancho Cordova.  I prefer La Fiesta and Dos Coyotes, but it isn't bad.  They have a daily special which can be a savings of a couple of bucks.  On Sunday I believe you can get any of the M-S daily specials.  It's been several months since I've been there so I don't know if any of that has changed and if Folsom's store will do the same thing.
