NOAA monthly global temperature report for April has been released.  Couple of interesting points:

 

-  April was the 12th month in a row where the average global temperature set a record.  The known data shows it's not happened before.

 

-  Average global temperature in April was 56.7 degrees, 2 degrees hotter that the 20th century average.

 

-  The last month that the Earth wasn't hotter than the 20th century average was December 1984.

 

-  The last month that the Earth set a monthly cold record was December 1916.

 

It's highly likely this trend will continue for the foreseeable future into uncharted climatic territory.

 

Sell your stock in Vail Associates, and buy stock in Trane air conditioners.

Oh my God...!   Oh my God....!   Oh my God....!   Yep, all BS, nothing real from you as usual, just recent data........   You're still not looking at the big picture GoG.....  All the data, the full set, the real facts over a very long time....   Time to find another hobby, another crisis, something else to be worried about......   Maybe be worried how Trump will beat the Hildabeast in November, the rapist enabler, the rapist excuser, the rape denier for Bill............    Move along folks, nothing to see here.....    Chris

 

P.S.  Oh, and just for fun, tell me why at 300 million years ago....   Not that long ago Geologically and in the Earths history.....   CO2 was at almost zero and 200 million years ago it was at almost 3000 ppm.....?   Please tell, please explain, maybe show us the rate of change between those two points, all that math stuff you think you are so good at.........?   And so very cool is that humans did not exist back then....!   No SUV's, no drilling for fossil fuels, no nothing........     And who pays the bills at NOAA.....?   Can you imagine your job security if you were a climate "denier"..... in that agency......?   You'd be gone pretty quickly.......    Check the chart out below and explain your theory to us all....!   I'd really like to see you try.  This will be fun....!  Chris
