Actually, he does have the right to do so.  The 9th circuit, or the "9th circus" as it is known is the most liberal and most overturned circuit court in the country.  It will work it's way through.  Chris

TRUMP WINS AGAIN!!: Today, the SCOTUS allowed the Trump travel ban to proceed, with 1 main provision, and full arguments will be heard in October. By allowing it to go into effect now, the Court is signaling that they expect to rule in favor of Trump after the October arguments. Of course they will rule in his favor. The ban is perfectly legal and reasonable. I love it when the Left gets slapped down. I can hear the heads of you rage-filled, America-hating Leftists exploding, and it's a beautiful thing.
