On the eve of another celebration of the birth of the Great Experiment, we should all pause and give thanks that we're alive right here, right now, in the greatest country on God's green earth.

The stock market just had it's best June since the mid 1930s and July is breaking records again, unemployment and taxes are down and wages and consumer confidence are up.

America continues to be the single most desired country to immigrate to and the reason is obvious.

The United States of America has never been stronger or more secure.

God Bless America and God Bless President Trump!!

Right on!!!

America sets the standard for what a country should be. And the rest of the world leaders hate us for it. I'll admit, we are a hard act to follow, but they would have our help if they asked.

Donald Trump has made America proud again. Although there are those who say we shouldn't be, I know I haven't done anything to hurt anybody or kept anyone down. So, I'll hold my head up and take a bow for paying my share in taxes and working hard.

Americans have nothing to be ashamed of. Other countries have made far worse mistakes than we ever have and still making them. My husband and I feel very lucky to live in this country.

I hope everyone has a fabulous Independence Day!

Great post Rose...as usual.

We can't control what other people do so all we can do as individuals is be examples for how to live an honest life as a contributing member of society.

It's sad that there is a whole generation being taught in schools to hate America.  Fight the BS at every chance.

Yes, America IS great, and has been for a long time.

Trump has actually sullied that reputation.

Anyone who abuses children for political gain has no claim to the moral high ground.

Anyone who separates families in order to torture immigrants has lost American values.

Obama had those cages built and separated families, kids from parents, you did not post a single disagreement back then about that............?

Obama deportations.....?  By the numbers below you should be protesting Obama....   Which you never did.   So do we pay attention to your complaints.  No, no we don't.  But nice try once again..........   Numbers, facts, the real story Tio Vinny.............    Chris

By the numbers: Under the Obama administration, total ICE deportations were above 385,000 each year in fiscal years 2009-2011, and hit a high of 409,849 in fiscal 2012. The numbers dropped to below 250,000 in fiscal years 2015 and 2016.

Under Trump, ICE deportations fell to 226,119 in fiscal 2017, then ticked up to over 250,000 in fiscal 2018 and hit a Trump administration high of 282,242 this fiscal year (as of June).

A lucid, but mostly flawed argument, Chris.

Are Migrant Detention Centers Worse Under Donald Trump Than Under Barack Obama?

https://www.newsweek...p-obama-1447160

While conditions were poor under Obama's administration, some things appear to have grown worse during Trump's tenure. A report by The Marshall Project found that the average daily population of migrants in detention centers has risen under Trump. During Obama's time in office, the number of detained migrants was generally between 30,000 and 40,000 on any given day. As of last year, the average under Trump was nearly 46,000—and that number has been on the rise. This has led to even more overcrowding and less resources, while conditions were already considered inhumane by many.

Hundreds of migrant minors have also reportedly been held by CBP longer than the 72 hours legally allowed

Flawed, because Obama's actions are ancient history and we cannot go back in time to correct it.

Meanwhile, Trumps crimes are current and on-going, something we CAN correct.

Also, it's Trumps stated policy to separate families and torture innocent children.
I don't know how anyone with a soul could condone such behavior.
Do you?

Shame that President Trump has to spend soooo much time cleaning up Obama's messes.

I guess when you have someone that spent 8 long years tearing America apart, getting us back on track takes a while.

Thank God Trump doesn't waste time fulfilling every promise he made on the election trail.

That's exactly why the new motto is KEEP America Great. We're finally back as the world's shining light and Trump is the Leader of the Free World!!!

Uhh, Think again.

World opinion at an all time low.
Look at GOP presidents vs. Obama.

Clue: This is a reality check.

That may be true, Slow, but MUCH diminished thanks to Trump's mismanagement.

Under Trump, America's Global Standing at Record Low

https://www.commondr...ding-record-low

As for President Trump, only 27% of global respondents had confidence in him to do the right thing in world affairs, while 70% feared he would not.

June saw another hiring SURGE amazing analysts who have been saying that an end to this record expansion has to happen at some point.

Statistics clearly show that marginalized communities are feeling the positive impacts that has now reached all corners of the country... and just in time for the 2020 election!!!
