I hope Steve Miklos doesn't think one of the malcontents did it. Or worse yet, those people posting their suspicions about Kerri Howell & the recall petition might think she did it!

I guess the best way to figure out if adding Folsom to the list or removing Folsom from the list was the real mistake would be to look at the top 10 other cities with populations under 100,000 in the west and see if the ranking numbers add up.
It seems odd that a big magazine like that could make such a big mistake either way.
