I guess we can take this one off the restaurant review page.
Ironicly it includes this paragraph.
"We will certainly be back. I hope that Folsom can prove to be worthy of such a fine attempt. While we were there for lunch we were the only patrons. It will take some patience on the owners and some willingness of Folsom residence to step outside of their normal lunch habits (see chain restaurants) and support this and other wonderful dinning experiences we have in the area"
.. I guess not.

why is that ? the review sounded interesting-- was it the owner who wrote it or a patron ?
Another great day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

Sounds like a great place, but maybe this is why they were the only patrons during lunch:
2 person meal: $50
2 person meal: $50

Unfortunately the restaurant closed a couple months ago. Which was a shame...I enjoyed it.

Was that the one were Bacarra's used to be? That is the WORST location in town. If you buy that place - put up a FRIGGIN SIGN near the road.

Bacarra's fought with the city to do so, but kept getting denied.
They even had a temporary sign out on the road for a while, but sadly that wasn't enough to keep them alive.
Touche must have had something else going on. I swear they were only open for 3 months, hardly enough time to get the word out. I always intended to try them out, but honestly never had the opportunity while they were open.
