Has anyone eaten here yet? I was looking at the menu online and that looks better than cooking dinner tonight. Pretty affordable prices too. Looks a little cheaper than Baja Fresh and closer to my apartments!

I've passed it a couple of times.. the name reminds me too much of the Rincon center in SF.

It's on East Bidwell, just past Blue Ravine in the new shopping center.

I think the name of the mexican restaurant going in at the new Raley's center is going to be called Caifornia Mexican Rotersseri. At least that what one of the owners told me, but these names tend to change a few times right up till they open the doors. One of the co-owners is a Folsom resident and has a lot of experience in buiding restraunts. Based on what I have seen form him, this will be the best mexican food in Folsom. Last word is they plan to open in Sept.

I hope you are right re: best mexican food in Folsom. Right now we have to leave Folsom to get "great" Mexican food (El Habenero @ Douglas and Folsom/Auburn rd). This new place will be just down the street from us - we'll be trying it as soon as it opens.....

My husband and I ate there last week. I can't say that we were THAT impressed. We both got burritos and thought they were rather bland tasting. Even a little added salt would have helped. Both burritos were just barely warm. I realize the restaurant is new and they are still trying to work out the kinks so we may try it again in a few weeks.

TEAM EFFORT: A lot of people doing what I say.
