When you post your opinions of dislike towards Russians, Gays, whomever, then you are indirectly creating a hate crime also. This is supposed to be America (tomorrow is our Independence Day) and while we don't like the behavior of some people they do have a right to live here. As with any ethnic group, there is always some bad apples... doesn't matter what color, race, sexual choice, one legged or have 5 legs... it's still wrong to beat up anyone like this. Instead of bashing the ones who did this, we should be praying for the victim. His life may never be the same.

Thank you for eloquently making the point I apparently failed to do (see F500's response indicating he didn't get the irony I pointed out).
And we should also pray for the perpetrators, their hearts need change.

According to a friend of mine, Singh was taken off of life support today and there is a planned memorial service this Saturday.
