It's K Hovnanian. Their website is Khov.com. Warranty dept # is (800) 404-5001. If you would like to be automatically connected, press one now.

By the way, I was very surprised at the friendly and quick customer service I got from K Hovnanian Homes, something of a rarity in today's customer service world. Our home was built by Forecast in 1999, and we are not the original owners of the house. After I saw this post, I gave them a call, and told them that we had a cracked roof tile and that our rear sliding glass door had a leak in it and spots formed on the inside of the glass, rendering visibility smudgy at best.
When I asked if it was still under warranty, he said those were covered on a 10 year warranty. The house is 9 years old. He came out the next week, took measurements, looked at the tile, and was very friendly and curteous the whole time. In the next couple of weeks after that the tiles were replaced (there were more than the one I saw!), and both sliders got replaced (again, we didn't notice the second glass needed to be changed too). All under warranty! I couldn't believe my eyeballs!
And the representitive was very, very nice and helpful. I would encourage you to give them a call if you live in a Forecast home, if you have any tiles that need to be replaced or windows that look or operate incorrectly. Those two things, and any other structure thing, is covered under the ten year warranty. There isn't much time left, about one year, so get your call in.

Oh, and the reps name was Howard. He was great.
I've heard how horrible Elliott Home's customer service is, so I was surprised at K Hovnanian's. That's why I posted about them.

Yes, Howard is always helpful and friendly - and K Hov. is trying to really support their Warranty work - as they have been the target of Lawyers looking to capitilize on faulty homes in this division.
Ever since we started getting the letters from the Class Action Lawyers - K Hov. has been FAR MORE reponsive to our requests for help, but Howard has always been friendly even before all that.
You are fortunate to have gotten your windows replaced. The original streets were not done by the same contractor and our contractor was out of business. Therefore when our windows looked the same as you described, we had to pay to replace them on our own.
They did however replace several roof tiles recently with no issue.
