See attached a picture I took in April'09 of a Bobcat. I was taking pictures of vernal pool flowers near the big pond and this one was strolling around, stopped and posed for me. Luck plays a big part in wildlife photography.

Initially I thought it was some neighbor's cat and a big one...obviously it was my first sighting.

See attached (picture compressed for posting).

Thanks

Vijay

We also saw this cat in April while walking the dog one night. We saw each other, then he walked away. We saw him near the same ponds.

My personal photo and another on my home page were taken from my backyard a couple years back. Good to see that they are still living well with all of us around. Nice shot smile.gif

We spotted the Bobcat today near the "rock mound" hill on the trail.
