We were one of the first houses to close in Empire Ranch (Centex homes)...10 years ago today. Amazing to see how much it's grown over the past 10 years...No schools, no golf course, no Golf Links Drive connection to Broadstone Parkway....I love how the neighborhood has developed and I'm glad I live here biggrin.gif

We're happy to be here too. Interesting to think back how much different it must have been.
We moved here in fall of 2002 before there were stop signs/lights on Broadstone Parkway and
traffic signals at East Natoma and Golf Links. rolleyes.gif You definitely have been here long enough to see major changes and developments in our neighborhood.

Empire Ranch has turned out very nice.
That's great that you still like where you live. I feel the same way in EDH. Even on vacation I look forward to coming home and it softens the blow of vacation ending.

Wow! We have been in our house in ER for 9 years now. I can't believe how fast the years went by.

We used to go 4 wheeling/exploring on all that land back there. Its too bad it was all plowed under and paved full of houses.

This is the nature of urban sprawl.

I know! I had a firefighter tell me it would take about 8-9 minutes to get to my house. Not a good thought.
