Just noticed that the Folsom Powerhouse will have an electricity fair. It's going from 10:00 - 2:00. There will be food and drinks available for sale. Free admission.

It's also Second Saturday in Historic Folsom starting at 5:00 p.m.

There is also the Capital Airshow out at Mather this weekend for Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 - 5:00.

If you know of more events this weekend, please post them.

This is not in Folsom, but if you like crawdads, catfish, even alligator while you listen to Zydeco or blues, there is a Crawfish & Catfish Festival at Rio Ramaza Park, 10000 Garden Hwy Sept 8 & 9, from 11:00 to 11:00 Sat, and 11:00 to 7:00 on Sunday. $5 for adults, 12 and under are free.

There's also the Reno Balloon Races this weekend.

Also there will be a swap meet in carmichael for small birds and animals.

And a spay/neuter clinic in the pet store in orangevale.

My son wants to go down to the crocker museum. His sister got herself in the paper, last weekend....

And of course the first place Giants are playing a 3 game series against the hated second place Dodgers. By the end of the weekend, the Dodgers can be 1 game out or 7, depending on how well each team plays.

And don't forget the San Francisco 49ers are playing the Packers Sunday morning. One of the best defenses (SF) vs. one of the best offenses in the league.

Also, due to popular demand, the Sutter Street Theater has added a Saturday 3pm showing of 'The Producers', the hilarious musical by Mel Brooks (NOT for kids!).

It's also antique evaluation day on Sutter Street.

Next weekend, Sept. 15th is also packed!

There is an Italian Car, Motorcycle and Bike show at the Murer House from 11 to 3 pm and Top of Folsom starts that evening at 6 pm!
