I am looking for a mortgage broker to help me get into a new house. I'd like to get a loan that doesn't require me to put 20% down since I won't be getting a lot of equity out of my current house. Any suggestions? I found out one that I was looking at using has shared my information with a realtor I am NOT using! Thanks in advance for your help!

I second Andrew Vierra.
He's a good guy, knows what he's doing, and sees the big picture.
My reputation is one I've worked hard to develop and maintain and would not risk it by recommending anyone I didn't trust.
