NOTICE OF REVISED PUBLIC HEARING DATE

The Canyon Subdivision

General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, 

Planned Development Permit, and Consideration of Adoption of a

Mitigated Negative Declaration

Northwest Corner of the Intersection of Orangevale Avenue and American River Canyon Drive South (PN 03-349)

 

NOTICE IS GIVEN HEREWITH that the City of Folsom Planning Commission (PC), at its regular meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 50 Natoma St., will hold a Public Hearing (PH) to consider a request from Joel Lucich for approval of a General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, and Planned Development Permit for development of an 11-unit single-family residential subdivision on the northwest corner of the intersection of Orangevale Avenue and American River Canyon Drive South.  Please note that the proposed project has been rescheduled from the October 16, 2013 Planning Commission Meeting to the December 4, 2013 Planning Commission Meeting. The zoning classification for the site is R-1-M, R-1-L PD, and OSC, while the General Plan land-use designation is SF. An Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.  The public review period began on September 4, 2013 and ended on October 3, 2013. The PC will review this proposal at its December 4, 2013 meeting and make a recommendation to the City Council.
