I know they do at the end of Sedgeford (sp) in their court. We dont know lots of people since we just moved in Dec, but we are getting to know people slowly. Do you have any younger children?

Darn, we missed the neighborhood garage sale! I havent' gotten the CC&R's yet...can we have our own garage sale whenever we want?

Only two per calendar year (according to City of Folsom, your CC&R's may be more strict, but if they are less strict, then the City of Folsom rules override the CC&R's).

I guess someone mowed our lawn! Greg said it had been done when he went to meet the inspector on Tuesday. Thanks, whoever you are. I promise, we'll try to get the front fixed up as soon as we can after we move in!
